I did my NACA Intake Appointment Again for the 2nd time in Atlanta today. I am proud to report that my Credit Score Shot up 100+ points in the last 90Days!!! #LEXINGTONLAWFIRM WORKS:)!!! Use them if you have some issues to resolve on you credit but dont know how to do it or have the time. I paid $70 a month for the last 3 months and this will be my last month using them b/c I have almost reached my goal. For the $210, I spent, well $310, I paid a $99 retainer fee it has been well worth the time and effort. You can try to fix your credit yourself, but it takes entirely too much time and becomes exhausting. Its great initiative at first, but then your patience run thin and you start giving up. I know, thats what I did at first, but then I went and found the best credit repair law firms through the country, did a thorough analysis of which one fit my needs the most & signed up with them. They are going to save me a ton of money when I purchase my house because my interest rate will be lower.
And, using NACA also, who has one of the best mortgage products in this country with no closing cost, but prepaid fees. I can't wait to BUY MY House! AND STOP PAYING $1100 a mth in RENT!! Geez what a waste of cash! Also, I was informed that I will be able to represent myself as the agent on the transaction, so my commission will go towards decreasing my principal balance. All in all, I am excited to see this dream of mines finally come to fruition. No more renting from anyone and more importantly, my son will have a big front & back yard, well at least a back yard to go grab his sticks and beat the tree with, Lol! He keeps asking me, "Mami we got our new house?" I said, "not yet, but its coming really soon:0). It looks like we will be set to go in either October or Mid November at the latest. I ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
