Yesterday, I studied for a total of 1 Hr & 45 mins. The first 45 minutes were spent jotting down the rest of my Grockit Notes on Quant. I have one more lesson to copy. This was productive. Then, I went over all of the notes I had written down since last Monday. Then, last night, I signed into the website: http://gre.magoosh.com that the course I signed up for gave us access to with over 800 Questions for Online Practice for Verbal & Quant. The cool thing about this website is that it has a Video Explanation of each example as you answer the questions. It works especially well, when you get some wrong. I can say. I don’t necessarily agree with some of the methodology behind the way the guy works the problems b/c there were some Quant Problems I solved easily, without doing all the extra steps he went through. But, it is good to know there is another way of working them just in case I had got it wrong and couldn’t figure it out based on the way I was working them. I tried to work 20 problems. I only got 21%, b/c they begin testing on the next level b/c it’s computer adaptive. And, I hadn’t mastered the concepts I was starting see, which pushed my score back down...and frustrated me. I had to stop b/c I felt I was not getting anywhere. The key here to to test on my level, which is right now in the 400-500 level. I cannot move on to the next level until I master the most basic one first. Anyway, I didn’t study any yesterday after frustrating myself. I needed a break. So, I will be back at it today.
