Accenture is A Global Technology Company that bought its way into the Finance Industry in November of Last Year. They have created New Consultant roles for the Financial Sector....Opportunity Abounds., And, the recruiter...or recruiters, I have spoke to are the ones that promote to the next level if you are recruited by them, Isnt that Awkward? The Senior Recruiter I was workng with assured me that if I operated Over and Above Expectations in My Role for a Year that it is easy for me to go on to the next level. And, the key thng for me here is growth. I was stuck on a Hampster Wheel at Wells. I told you that Recruiters are the Key to getting you into that Dream role. I have spoken to at least 6 Recruiters/Recruiting Coordinators since I have been in conversation with them since the end of April. And, ironically, the Director of Recruting, JR Spencer tried to recruit me several times when I was at Wells, before Accenture bought out Zenta. I need to go get into the Vortex:)
